**Bring two towels (a beach towel and hand towel), a FACEMASK, and a water bottle with you to each session. These four items are mandatory. Only water is permitted during class to minimize the damage and cleanup from spilled sports drinks.
**Be on time! These sessions are only one hour long and being late will severely cut into your workout time (not to mention, it will disturb the class and instructor).
