What You Can Expect
With each session you will get a well-qualified instructor that has been working with kids for almost 30 years. I have been running a strength and conditioning program for the past three years servicing two high-school aged teams here in the Vegas Valley. I am a father of four active boys and know the importance of emphasizing mindset, nutrition, and movement into their lives from a young age. I promise to make fitness fun and teach them the basics of many different exercises with an attention to proper form.
Purpose
To introduce teens and youth to the basics of movement in a fun and interactive atmosphere. The classes are a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style conditioning class modeled after the classes conducted at RAW Fitness. Light weights, body-weight movements with an emphasis on proper form, intense cardio exercises, and fun movement games will strengthen both the muscles and the cardiovascular system.
