SUMMER CONDITIONING PROGRAM
To prepare prospective and current Gators for the coming 2020 Soccer season. The classes will be a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style conditioning class modeled exactly after the classes conducted at RAW Fitness. Light weights and intense cardio exercises will strengthen both the muscles and the cardiovascular system.
June 16, 18, 20, 23, 25, 27, 30
July 2, 4, 7, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 28, 30
August 1, 4, 6, 8
Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Times: 11:00am-12:00pm (Tuesday, Thursday) 2:30pm-3:30pm (Saturday)
Cost: ***Special pricing for Summer 2020***
*single class drop-in - $10 each (cash only).
*12 sessions - $96 ($8 per class if paid in full in advance on the website).
*All 24 sessions - $120 ($5 per class if paid in full in advance on the website).
***No refunds will be issued for unused classes***

To sign up: Signups will be open the second week of June. Please go to Rawfitnessyouth.com and click on the “Summer Conditioning Team Camps” button. Follow the links under your team to review the most recent class flyer and sign up for the camp.
Liability waivers: Don’t forget to sign the liability waiver for your child as well (Required to participate). You will be prompted after making your payment to digitally sign this waiver. This waiver must be read and signed by the parent of the soccer player. Players will not be allowed to participate until this waiver is digitally signed. If the participant is 18 yrs old then he/she can sign for him/herself.
**Bring a towel and a water bottle with you to each session. These two items are mandatory. Only water is permitted during class to minimize the damage and cleanup from spilled sports drinks.
**Be on time! These sessions are only one hour long and being late will severely cut into your workout time (not to mention, it will disturb the class and instructor).
**If for any reason you will not be able to make it to a scheduled class, please email Coach Scott and let him know.
**Please try to come 15 minutes early to the first class so that we can handle any last minute paperwork and questions before starting class.
